We have had a loss in our family with Bixby leaving us. To soon but he is feeling better where ever he is.. We love him with all of our hearts and will miss his welcome as we walk in the door and his kisses and loves. As our first he will always be the most loved.

Fresh Monterey Cooking

Mom and Jay came down for a night and Frank and I decided to cook up some fresh local fish. We went to the fish market on the wharf and bought some of their daily catch. My mom's favorite Monterey appitizers are Crab Cakes and Calimari. We cleaned, gutted, chopped and pounded the squid for some fresh calimari appitizers. I think that dinner came out great, we had such a fun time. We think that we should be on Hell's Kitchen.. HA HA
