Fresh Monterey Cooking
Mom and Jay came down for a night and Frank and I decided to cook up some fresh local fish. We went to the fish market on the wharf and bought some of their daily catch. My mom's favorite Monterey appitizers are Crab Cakes and Calimari. We cleaned, gutted, chopped and pounded the squid for some fresh calimari appitizers. I think that dinner came out great, we had such a fun time. We think that we should be on Hell's Kitchen.. HA HA

What? An update? HEHE :) Did Frank really eat that raw? Calamari sounds so good, I didn't know you guys knew how to make your own. I don't know if I could do that.
